This is just such a great restaurant. They now have a lovely cocktail bar as well, to enjoy a very special drink before and / or after the best dinner you can get in Sitges. We were already big fans of Factor Vi, but recently we have changed our eating habits to a plant based diet. Thats not an easy challenge for a chef, but the owner of the reastaurant Ramon kindly offered to give it a try. So yesterday on my birthday, we had dinner honouring our new rulebook and WOW was it great! They had managed to give us the same experience of one superb dish after another that we always enjoyed so much, as if the diet did not pose any restrictions at all. Really amazing food, we highly recommend this restaurant to food- and wine lovers, and now as well to people who appreciate a great Bloody Mary
lovely central location in narrow side street off the seafront. Contemporary design with small garden area at the rear. Compact menu and a chefs tasting menu. Great wine list of good quality and value local wines. Lobster croquettes and crab ravioli to die for. Service friendly and efficient.
We were a group of 17 for a New Years Eve evening dinner. A better venue would have been hard to find, the food and wine was plentiful, well presented and simply delicious.
Well done to all the staff of this fantastic restaurant.
