Los mejores Bloody Mary de la zona sin duda, servicio muy atento y como siempre repetiremos.
A lovely spot in The marina for lunch. Really good selection of wines, And the menu is really refreshing, creative and unlike anything else in the area. The house cured salmon in particular is wonderful! Great service, friendly with attention to details. My new go to place when in the port.
Garlic bread - often a maligned dish, an afterthought in the attention department, too many restaurants don't give it enough attention, and diners don't expect much from it. Well it is time to rethink the humble bun often overloaded with garlic and short on butter and cooking time. Go the The Yacht Club and try their perfectly crispy all around the outside, yet correctly cooked garlic proportionately mixed with butter and thyme, to reach every corner of the soft bread within that fabulous crust.
I feel I must dedicate this review to the dough based elements of their menu, as their very loaded bruschetta with home-made basil oil, and a huge pile of chopped tomatoes was equally fabulous.
Yes, they do other dishes. But each to their own, so you need to go and find your own favourites.
Priorities you see - our only photo of lunch was the extremely important (to us); all hail Fever-tree tonic. Schweppes may insist their recipe hasn't changed, but those who know, know (check the sugar content of old).
The service is pretty damned good to ;)
Oh, and the Brownie. A proper Brownie, with no nuts or dates or nonsense added, crunchie on the outside, chewy on the inside. Hallelujah.
