We have been coming to Palma for 7 summers and wish that we had discovered this gem sooner! During our nearly 3 weeks in Palma, we went there at least 4 times. Each time we sat at the bar so we could watch the grillmaster, Luis, work his magic. There is no menu, other than the handful of available cuts of beef (and pork sausages) listed on the chalkboard on the wall. Let the delightful owner choose for you or select your own, you can't lose! During our visits, we had all of the cuts of meat except for one. All cooked to perfection and served with sides of potatoes, corn and tomatoes. I joked with my husband that I will never view potatoes in the same way after having these. They are boiled, then put on the grill. When served they are cut into wedges and drizzled with olive oil and sea salt. Best thing ever!! The chorizo is also life changing. Also try the Ambar beer with limon. It is actually a virtually alcohol-free beer, but so delicious and refreshing. I don't care for beer, but loved this one. LOVE La Cuadra del Mano and can't wait to return next year. Highly recommended!!
La Cuadra del Mano reste notre meilleur souvenir de notre séjour à Palma de Majorque. Nous y avons été 2 fois. Luis, Dani et Helena sont des gens géniaux qui n'hésitent pas à discuter avec leurs clients. L'ambiance du restaurant est typique espagnole, et la viande proposée est un vrai régal pour les papilles. Le prix est très accessible ! Nous aurions aimé y repartir une 3ème fois. La Cuadra del Mano est un des meilleurs restaurants / bar à tapas de Palma. Courez-y ! Merci Luis, Dani, et Helena pour votre accueil ! ;)
Son unos cracks!!! Súper generososos con las raciones, la comida es casera y de súper buena calidad. Tienen muy buen gusto y está todo muy bueno y el servicio es inmejorable: súper atentos y muy divertidoos!!! Te sientes como en casa!!! Lo recomiendo muchísimo!!!! Seguid así!!!
