Arrived in Barcelona Friday 25th had a lovely day walking round and seeing the sites...
We were looking for somewhere special to have our 27th wedding anniversary dinner and chose this place for the really good choice on the menu and views of the port.
Lady who showed us to the table very polite, waiter very friendly and attentive, regularly refreshing our wine glasses.
Food did not disappoint at all, I had the garlic prawns and my wife had shrimp and avocado salad which she really enjoyed.
Main course I had sword fish cooked to perfection my wife chose the salmon which was also excellent. For dessert we both had cheese cake which was slightly out of the ordinary not having a biscuit base but very nice.
We enjoyed it that much we returned for our last meal in Barcelona on Sunday the 27th.
Again meal was fabulous, lobster paella for me and my wife had the swordfish that I had the first night.
Service excellent and price on both occasions very reasonable.
Would definitely return on visiting Barcelona again and would highly recommend.
I had lunch yday in La Gavina with a group of my girl friends as we were in Barcelona for our friends hen do. The food was delicious and would highly recommend anyone to go there. The view of the harbour is beautiful as you relax and eat your food!

Très bon restaurant. Terrasse reposante et classe. Vue directe sur le port de la Barceloneta. Les tagliatelles aux crevettes et à l'ail sont un délice. La morue à l'aioli était également très bonne. Le saumon grillé était parfait avec sa purée de poireaux et ses asperges grillées. Pour finir, la tarte au citron meringué était divine.
Je recommande grandement ce restaurant, et notamment sa Sangria au vin blanc.
Service très agréable, une belle découverte, nous y retournerons !
