This is the place to come if you are looking for an amazing culinary experience. Chef and Owner Slavko studied at Le Cordon Bleu, Chicago but is very modest and down to earth. He has created a very welcoming and fun neighborhood bar/restaurant . The menu is varied and changes day to day depending on the freshest ingredients. Employee Leonardo was kind enough to explain the menu and offer drink and food recommendations. When my husband ordered Tuna tartar, chef Slavko sent Leonardo to the market to purchase fresh fish to make it. We were blown away by his gesture. My husband and I couldn't decide what to choose from the menu because everything sounded delicious... Slavko told us he could just bring us dishes he thought we would enjoy until we were full �. Everything he made was fantastic, especially his homemade cheesecake. My mouth is watering as I remember that cheesecake and the liquor pairing �....He went out of his way to assure we had the best culinary experience. We had an awesome last night in Barcelona thanks to Slavko, Leonardo, Maja and local patron Pedro. I can't wait to return to Barcelona so I can visit Roux Bar and hang out with these awesome people again.

Friendly owner who's been trained in French cuisine so you can imagine the quality of the food. The menu is varied and delicious! Highly recommend you pay this place a visit when next in Barcelona.
