What an absolute gem of a cool & chilled tapas bar! From the street it's subtle & understated but when inside the staff were very attentive. Make sure you rock up early as it is small & quaint but perfect for a relaxed traditional Catalan tapas meal (even with a nearly 2yr old in tow).
Fantastic menu with so much choice I would certainly return without hesitation.
Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and came to the table in great time to enjoy every dish, (we sampled white Catalan sausage with chickpea stew, eggplant in honey&rosemary, duck magret with apple&caramelised onion, cod fritters, pigs cheek with creamy mash) the staff were so friendly & the wine / beers were the perfect accompliment and flowed! Puddings were a must too. Couldn't fault a thing. Well done team El 58 for all your hard work & great customer service.
Loved my dinner here! Cute little place, very busy with a waiting line but well worth it. The hummos is the best I have had in Barcelona and the tuna sashimi was heaven. Large portions too!
For me, the best Tapas we've ever had. Funky little place, great vibe and amazing food. You must go if you stay in Barcelona!
