Looking for somewhere to have a quick drink and cool down before dinner, ended up eating here too! Homemade chips, fish and chips and mushy peas. Hot dog with chilli , all I can say is I hope you're hungry! Cause there's a lot to eat! Great value for your money, only cash sales though no cards!
Decent pub which serves your average pub lunch type food. The fish and chips is listed as 'famous' however, I much preferred the chicken curry and rice.
They do a delicious homemade cheesecake - a different one every day. I highly recommend the white chocolate and raspberry!

The staff were British, very welcoming and polite.
The drinks were refreshing, cold and served with a fitting giddy smile.

Service was good and quick. Food really nice. Only bad mark against them is the one sign at the bar that says “cash only”. Which I could hardly read without my glasses. Should have more signs up especially for those sitting outside.

Love this place usually go for dinner a couple of times when we are over.
The food is very good and reasonably priced, good selection of drinks. The service is great even during busy times.
