Arrivata a Siviglia, la gelateria ‘Grazie Mille’ è stata il mio primo amore! In pieno centro, in Plaza Alfalfa, offre un gelato artigianale superlativo, preparato fresco ogni giorno (una rarità, di questi tempi) da Federico, mastro gelatiere italiano. Che dire, a cominciare dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del personale, sempre sorridente e pronto a fornire delucidazioni e indicazioni (sui gusti, sulle materie prime, sulla preparazione, persino sulla storia dei sapori più tradizionali), al locale (piccolo, ma curatissimo nei dettagli e negli arredi) con laboratorio a vista, sino alla qualità eccelsa dei gelati prodotti (dai gusti più classici – nocciola, pistacchio, cioccolato, stracciatella, cremino, variegato amarena, fragola, limone, mango e altri – a quelli più particolari e, probabilmente, di ispirazione locale – tocino de cielo, dulce de leche), tutto si è rivelato assolutamente PERFETTO. Personalmente, la ritengo una delle migliori gelaterie e il miglior gelato che abbia mai provato! Cinque stelle stra-meritate! Un ringraziamento particolare a Federico che, oltre ad essere una persona squisita, capace di coinvolgere, incuriosire ed entusiasmare, si è rivelato – nonostante la giovane età! – un professionista e un mastro gelatiere veramente degno di tale nome! Bravo!

Arrived in Seville, the gelato shop 'Grazie Mille Gelaterie' was my first love! Situated in the city center, (Plaza Alfalfa), it offers a superlative artisanal gelato, made fresh every day (a rarity, these days) by Federico, an Italian gelato maker. That is, starting with the kindness and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to provide explanations and directions (about the tastes, raw materials, preparation, even the history of the most traditional flavors), the local (small, but well-kept in the details and furnishings) with visual laboratory, and the excellent quality of the gelato products (from the most classic flavors - hazelnut, pistachio, chocolate, stracciatella, cremino, variegated black cherry, strawberry, lemon, mango and others - to the more specific and probably , locally inspired - tocino de cielo, dulce de leche), everything turned out absolutely PERFECT. Personally, I consider it one of the best gelato shops and the best gelato I've ever eaten! Well-deserved five stars! Special thanks to Federico, who, besides being a nice person, able to engage, intrigue and delight, it turned out - despite his young age! - a professional and a gelato maker truly worthy of the name! Bravo!
