Clean and yummy and inspiring You could tell the Ingredients are fresh; and the thoughts behind the chefs were amazing. There are layers and layers of yummy flavor in every dish. The space is open and airy; the staff are super friendly. Love this place.
Excellent dinner. Started with the salad with roasted and raw vegatables combined (highly recommend), main dish was black risotto with mushrooms and for dessert tatin pie with carmelized apples a la mode. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Very friendly and helpful owner.
Fab service and excellent vegan meal - the ravioli and carrot cake were special winners! We will be back 🌱🌱🌱
Best food experience in Seville! Try the Frescura - very delicous meal. We also had the Ravioli of the day, which was perfect (especially because it was baked in the oven with the sauce 😉).
We will definitely come back! Thank you!
Excellent restaurant, 95% organic and 50% veggie. Vegan, gluten-free etc options are possible. The food is sophisticated and delicious. Prices are higher than in most sevillian restaurant but are really ok for the quality and taste of the products.

We absolutely loved it. We were with our kids 4 and 16 months and they had a small play/ drawing area. The service was great, good selection of wines and the food top quality. A nice change from all the tapas.
We've just left Fargo - it's an exceptionally good restaurant with an excellent wine list, and even better, they have lots of vegetarian and vegan choices. The staff / owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable
- and the "Cafe Gourmand 100% Chocolate" dessert had some of the best chocolate dishes we've tasted anywhere.
It's so good we're going back in a few days time for our Wedding Anniversary dinner :-)
Fantastic selection of gluten, lactose free and vegetable dishes. The quality of the food was great and was the service.
Great restaurant! We enjoyed it very much. It's definitely worth visiting! Especially if you're looking for the best vegan corses in Seville.
On s'e' souviendra. Merci à tous
Excellente adresse!
Service impeccable. Endroit à découvrir et à re-découvrir !!!
A must stop if you visit Seville! Delicious food (and HEALTHY), amazing staff! You wont regret it👍🏻😊
La qualité des produits est incroyable !
I'd put this up there with many of the better vegan/vegetarian restaurants in San Francisco and New York City!
We got the mixed tapas, mushroom polenta, and vegan ravioli. The first two were fantastic, the last was ok but not something I'd order again. Decor was trendy but comfortable - I'd feel good taking a date here. Service was friendly.
We ended up eating here twice while in Sevilla because we loved it so much the first time. The food was great and all 3 of us enjoyed what we ordered. Also, a plus is the owner is very friendly and explained how it was cooked. 100% would recommend eating here!
Very tasty veg fare. As others have noted, it's comparable to really yummy places in SF like Millennium. The service is impeccable as well.
We were looking for a spot for our Amazing anniversary dinner! This restaurant hit the spot. All vegan and filling!
We stumbled upon this gem by sheer accident and haven't stopped thanking our stars since. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a random Tuesday afternoon and got the opportunity to engage with the extremely friendly owner/head chef. His passion alone makes me want to give the place a 5 star but then I'd be doing a disservice to those reading this. The food deserves 10 stars! We got the hummus trio, Buddha Bowl, Risotto and the vegan "cheeseburger". If I were to describe each item, this review would take me all day. All I can say is that this is the only place in Seville would I return back too for more meals. Great job!!!
Excellent food and service to match. We spoke to the owner about language and truly enjoyed his take on learning multiple languages through playing and having fun with them. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the price. It is rather expensive to eat here but the food is really good.
This is a great vegan restaurant. I had the ravioli and it was amazing! Not only was that good, the dessert was also tasty. When we were there is was early in the day so we had the pleasure of talking with the owner too. It was nice to see how passionate he is about his restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place.
A wonderful night enjoying excellent vegetarian meal. The staff made it a delightful experience. One member was new and it was very encouraging to see the cooperation offered by the more experienced staff. The food by the way was great, just like the atmosphere. Unsure I am correct but the lead was either owner or manager and took explicit interest in his clients.
such a unique combination of flavors and an awesome idea! One of my favorite restaurants in Sevilla. Their menu changes occasionally, but definitely go with the different kinds of Hummus. I think the photo below is of the special, which was a spinach ravioli stuffed with a ricotta/fruit mixture. Unlike anything I've ever eaten before for sure. A bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it.
Love the food! Everything was amazing with so much layers of flavors and super fresh ingredients. Service was great too. We wish to eat the whole menu
I was determined to find vegan glutenfree food from Sevilla and decided to check out this place. It was a bit tricky to find but well worth the search. Everything was amazing from the friendly owner, music and interior design to the food. Owner takes time to go through the menu with customers and I wanted to try them all! At the end I chose a freshly squeezed vegetable juice, filled butternut squash and chocolate mousse. Everything delicious and well balanced.
Fantastic tapas...great food...vegan selections...super wine list...staff speaks English...very friendly owner...superb music selection! Our favorite tapas in Seville!
Little tough to find but excellent restaurant for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. We loved the three hummus plate with unique eggplant chips. Considerate welcoming staff.
A nice healthy change of pace from most of the restaurants and love that not only gluten free but vegan options as well. We started with the cheese plate which had a nice choice of different cheeses with fresh figs too. I had the vegan burger for dinner and my husband had the vegetarian croquettes. Very good too. I can't say anything about the desserts because we were so full we didn't have any but they did look very good. The owner is from Paris and very friendly as well as the rest of the staff.
Fargo is a slow food farm to table restaurant with both a Spanish and English menu and lots of healthy options (and our waitress spoke fantastic English). I was traveling with a group around southern Spain and do a lot of research ahead of time due to having Celiac disease. Not only did I need to be gluten free, but one of the women I was traveling with has a gluten intolerance, and both she and one other women are pescatarians. In addition to offering lots of gluten free options, they have vegetarian and vegan options as well. For lunch we tried the roasted vegetables, cheese plate, and green pea humus with gf crackers. It was a little pricey - but it's to be expected in a touristy area and with this kind of specialized menu. Great food and service!
This was one of our best meals in Spain. They cater to all sorts of dietary restrictions. The food was amazing. Even after we left Sevilla to visit other cities I was wishing I could go back to Fargo.
Incredible place in a town where unfortunately food is not that diverse and heatlhy.. We were very happy to find this restaurant after 4 days of greasy tapas
Owned by a french but the guy is totally international so don't expect to find coq au vin or parmentier here !
The menu offers many organic, gluten free or even vegan options, but the point is that the food remains incredibly tasty (rare) .. I'm still dreaming of the desserts. Ingrédients are fresh & top quality and the menu changes every day.
Yann why don't you open a branch in Paris ?
Fargo was one of the main highlights of our 3-city Spain visit. Local chefs make traditional dishes with anything but traditional ingredients. The organic ingredients, fresh vegetables, and vegan/gluten-free options make Fargo stand out from other restaurants in Sevilla. Even the coffee, sugar, and liquor are carefully procured for top quality. Owner speaks Spanish, French, and English. Highly recommend!
I'm so glad we stumbled upon this gem. We went twice in our 3 days in Sevilla because the food was so fresh and delicious, and it was a celiac friendly zone. The owner is wonderful--friendly, multilingual, and dedicated to providing healthy, fresh, organic ingredients and creating delicious dishes. He's very knowledgeable and helpful about gluten free and vegan options. I especially enjoyed the vegetable quinoa lunch dish because I had been struggling to get my vegetable fix in the land of ham, cheese, and fried food. The vegan burger was also a treat. I highly recommend Fargo for lunch and dinner.
