I do not usually write reviews about meals that I have eaten however it would be a total injustice if one wasn´t written following the diner that myself and my colleagues experienced at Alberts and Simon last night. We had the Tasting Menu which consisted of 8 different sample plates of what can only be described as culinary genius! To start we had a Gazpacho soup (drunk out of a small glass) which must have been the best I have ever tasted, this was followed by a mouth watering prawn salad but like nothing I have ever tasted, following this we were served scallops with parmesan shavings and a sauce to die for! A few minutes after we polished the scallops off, we were brought another plate that comprised of a perfectly poached egg that was surrounded by a beautiful mushroom purée with truffle oil, just when we thought that was that, another unforgettable dish was brought to our table which was a handsome piece of fois gras that melted in your mouth as soon as you took a bite into it, the next dish was a perfectly sized portion of Sea Bream accompanied by some boiled rice and another sauce that complimented the fish, just when I thought that we didnt have room for anything more, we were served a plate of thinly sliced duck accompanied by the most creamiest and yummiest mash potatoe and last but not least we rounded up the meal with a heavenly Pavlova dessert.
If anyone reading this review have not been or experienced the gastro genius that is served at Alberts and Simon, you really and truly are missing out BIG TIME!!! Please dont just take my word for it, next time you are in San Pedro, Spain, look them up and book a table because I promise you that if you really appreciate great food like I do, you will never ever forget the meal that you will inevitably be served there!
I hope this restaurant stays open for the next 100 years because they deserve all the Michelin stars available and all the success too!
My sole wrapped salmon in an orange sauce (gluten free) was sublime. The best fish dish I can ever remember eating. Service was impeccable and they were exceedingly accommodating with my gluten allergy. I must go again... very soon.
A fabulous evening with friends where we were immaculately looked after. The food was divine in presentation and taste. Thoroughly deserves its wonderful reputation. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and look forward to eating there again
Fantastic food in elegant but warm environment. Very good wine list. We had the Miniatures - gives you a chance to taste several smaller dishes!

Je n'ai pas encore eu l'immense plaisir de déguster votre cuisine ,mais rien que de voir la présentation de vos plats , m'invitent à que pour un prochain passage en Espagne ,et concrètement chez vous à San Pedro de Alcantara .....c'est le lieu et c'est sur le premier à visiter et régaler nos papilles , promis !!
P.S. sur tout quand je sais que vous avez l'amour de la cuisine depuis autant de temps j'ai les souvenirs des bons plats de Mama Fortunée ....un vrai régale beau héritage ........

Cocina clásica francesa / mediterránea con toques actualizados. Muy buenos platos en general, destacando los soufflés. Servicio muy atento. Terraza renovada recientemente muy agradable. Merece la pena la visita y volver para probar más referencias de la carta. Precios en consonancia con la zona, medio alto.
Siempre es un placer comer ahi. Aparte de los platos fuerte tienen una buena selección de tapas, así se puede probar un poco de todo. Servicio muy amable también!
Comida francesa muy buena, aunque el sitio es un poco caro, pero merece la pena. El servicio fue bastante bueno aunque los platos tardaron un poco en llegar. Si quieres probar comida francesa por la zona, totalmente recomendable!

Sitio espectacular, servicio excelente, Jonathan un 10 tanto para explicarnos el tema de las miniaturas que pedir y el maridaje que le iba bien a cada plato. Sin duda repetiría.

Muy buena cocina de lujo.
Muy bueno todo, cenamos a base de “miniaturas” (tapas grandes), 6 a compartir entre los 2, con bebida y postre
Muy recomendable el folie fresco, el huevo escalfado y la cazuela de vieiras. Las carnes quedaban demasiado “matadas” por las salsas, sobre todo la pluma.
Muy rico también la tarta de manzana y la creme bruleé (una especie de crema catalana)
El mejor sitio de la Costa del Sol para pasar una velada inolvidable. A destacar sus postres como el souflé de avellanas y los maridajes espectaculares que hacen sus Sumilleres.

La verdad es que todo delicioso. Somos de Marbella y éste debe ser de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. A pesar de que la calidad la tienes que pagar, nos ha encantado. Recomendamos la lubina con pasta tagliatelle.
Sin duda el mejor restaurante gastronómico de Marbella. Además los precios son muy razonable por la calidad de los productos que sirven. Tienen una carta de vinos y licores impresionante. Personal mi atento y amable.
Maravilloso lugar, cocina 10 y servicio 10. Muy recomendable.

Un lugar muy agradable para comer con la familia y con amigos. Cocina de autor y unos menús exclusivos y excepcionalmente buenos en todos los sentidos, tanto económicamente como en la calidad!!
¡Un lugar elegante con unos platos exquisitos!!! Una fiesta para los sentidos con sabores sorprendentes que alegran al paladar. Volveremos seguro.

Cenamos de lujo, como lo es el Restaurante. Fue una grata sorpresa su cocina, pero mas aun encontrarnos con nuestro Carracedo!!. Felicidades.
