Estuvimos por primera vez en enero del 2017 y nos quedamos muy impresionados. Buena comida, muy sabrosa y de calidad, muy buena presentacion y el personal excelente. Volvimos ayer 15/09/2021 para celebrar un cumpleaños y nuevamente una muy buena presentacion de los platos, productos de calidad, menú amplio (para nosotros que no comemos carne, poca seleccion pero hay algunos platos sin carne). Una amplia carta de vinos, los postres son deliciosos, el ambiente es muy acogedor, decorado con cuadras de un pintor local. Los precios sí son elevados pero vale el dinero. Recomiendo reservar y tienen también 2 cuevas para mayor intimidad. Gracias al equipo.

Ambiente muy romántico. Muy buen servicio. Relación calidad precio, vale la pena. Chef de estrella Michelin. Recomiendo el cordero y solomillo, así como el sufle de chocolate. La vajilla parecía sajona antigua, muy bonita.

Un tesoro escondido en Puerto Rico. Comida de estilo nórdico-suizo aunque se llame La Taberna Timanfaya. Probamos varios platos y estaba todo riquísimo, incluida una fondue que estaba espectacular. El servicio muy amable, nos encontraron mesa a pesar de que estaba lleno. Recomendable para probarlo.

Me ha gustado bastante. Soy vegano y han sabido adaptarme la carta con unos platos estupendos. Creatividad y amabilidad. Repetiría sin dudas.

We visited on 18th July, a quiet Tues evening. Beautiful setting, greeted with an extremely warm welcome by Ciro (hope I got that right). We were offered an absolutely beautiful alcove/cave table. Stunning. The food was impeccable - probably one of the best Steaks I've ever had in the world, ever. Now that's a statement! All 3 courses were excellent! But honestly what stood out the most was Ciro's service. So friendly, so professional, so mannerly. He really made our experience! A smile with every single visit to our table. Not pushy or overbearing with anything. Pictures attached - speak for themselves. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I visited this place based on last recommendation. And the steak disappointed me... good thing my wife ordered the offer of the day! For aperitif we were served focaccio with aioli and beef stroganoff. We really liked it. All my wife’s dishes were decent: - Hungarian goulash soup; - Tomato tartare with goat cheese mousse; - Passion fruit sorbet; - Tender venison fillet with wild berries sauce, red cabbage and mashed potatoes; - White coffee mousse and apple ragout. I had: - Risotto; - Black Angus Steak (which I couldn’t finish because of the stringy meat; the man at the next table also didn’t eat most of this dish. Apparently he also read the same review🙁🙁), BUT they brought me a small Beef fillet “Club” for tasting portion (without payment) and explained that the presence of sinews at the counter is the norm, but if I want meat without sinews, then I must order a dish with the prefix “fillet”. - Mille-feuilles like dessert. All the dishes were too rich, just bordering on "too much": salty or overcooked, but overall it was tasty. They lacked lightness; the vegetables did not feel juicy. But the desserts were a great success! Not a lot of sugar, tender, light, pleasant. The cappuccino was tasty, with a thick, pleasant foam. PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS RESTAURANT, THE WAITERS ARE CAREFUL ABOUT DINING ETIQUETTE AND WILL PAY ATTENTION THERE HOW YOU WILL LEAVE THE CUTLERY ON THE PLATE WHEN YOU WILL FINISH EATING YOUR DISH. The atmosphere in the establishment is very cozy and inviting! Good background music. However, it was quite hot, it would have been nice to lower the temperature by 2-4°C. We would recommend: - Tender venison fillet with wild berries sauce, red cabbage and mashed potatoes; - Beef fillet “Club”; - White coffee mousse and apple ragout; - Mille-feuilles (dessert only with coffee!)

Amazing food, excellent service with a smile and really wonderful surroundings/atmosphere. This restaurant was a firm favourite with our family and we really enjoyed our visit. Granted this restaurant requires a little more spend but it was worth it for the quality and service. Small details like the goblets on the table, the lovely decor, the friendly and warm Manor of the team all made this a wonderful experience. We intend on visiting again ♡ I was surprised this place didn't have a better standing on social media. This aesthetically is one of the nicest restaurants on the island and I think that's a big opportunity missed.

Perfect!!!! Aanbevolen door ons hotel hier terechtgekomen. Aangeven dat we bijna 25 jaar getrouwd waren..... we kregen een speciale tafel met roosjes en hartjes..... maar belangrijker was dat alles echt perfect was.... ons 5 gangen diner echt op Hollands sterrenniveau en de bediening ook top! Een parel van een restaurant dat verdiend een vol huis. We hebben genoten, dit mag je niet missen in Puerto rico.

Hade en trevlig kväll här. Åt svärdfisk som var bra tillagad men den var tyvärr ganska smaklös. Ris och grönsaker var goda. Goda desserter och goda viner till maten. Miljön är trevlig men vi fick ett eget stenbås så blev lite för varmt efter ett tag. Mycket trevliga servitörer som såg till att man kände sig välkommen och såg till att vi hade det så bra som möjligt. Maten är lite för dyr med tanke på kvaliteten så det drar ner betyget lite grann, men vi hade trots allt en väldigt trevlig kväll.

Service was friendly and good. Beautiful place. Startes were fantastic. They had beef wellington which i tried for the first time and it was good. They make the pasta in front of you and had high expectations. But in the end it was raw and not so good.

Went here on Friday 13th for wedding anniversary ,Elfi had decorated table lovely, and was such a good host given us 2 glasses champagne. Food was amazing the waiters perfect. If you can please go everything was second to none Thank you Alan and Jackie x

Un super restaurant !!! Les plats sont excellents, le service est super pro mais aussi super sympa. Et les tarfis sont hyper correctes. Allez y sans hésiter Dans le restaurant c'est magnifiquement décoré, et il y a même quelques tables dans des petites grottes.
