Dieses Lokal haben wir gewählt weil es nur ein paar Schritte entfernt lag. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants in Puerto del Carmen. Die Wahl fällt schwer. Nun, heute waren wir im Golden Chopsticks. Es ist nicht besonders groß, jedoch sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal freundlich. Wir bestellten einmal Ente auf Art des Hauses und das Menü mit 3 Gängen zu 12.95€. Preis Leistung top. Gerne wieder 👍
Hidden treasure, Good & plentiful food, Reasonably priced. Pleasant staff. Just off the main strip but so much better than the larger Asian Restaurant on the corner.

Place was busy, didn't need to book, it's a little further away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip so is not as hectic.
Decor was beautiful with lovely personal touches such as Chinese hat napkins and a beautiful luck charm and homemade shot when you get your bill.
Food was really good, freshly made to order and decent sized portions, (not sweet/sticky or oily)
Will definitely go back.

My fiancé and I went here for lunch today and were initially wondering if we had made a good decision as we were the only guests albeit it was almost 3pm. Our initial concerns were soon put aside when we were serviced our starters of chicken and mushroom and also chicken and sweetcorn soup. Despite choosing off the set menu the portions were huge and well worth the cost of under €15 per person. We followed soups with lemon chicken and beef curry, both accompanied with egg fried rice. Again received big portions with both dishes having great flavours and textures. Our final course was banana fritters, three pieces each no less, which had nice light crispy batter and moist soft banana inside. The current manager is the nephew of the original owner with restaurant having been established over 30 years ago. Several of their sauce recipes,for example, had originally been used many years ago in 5 star mainland Chinese restaurants and are unique to this restaurant. The restaurant also makes use of in season veggetables etc so recipes can vary. Nephew was very rightly proud of the restaurants heritage and I would fully recommend a visit if you are in Puerto del Carmen.
Lovely restaurant, beautifully decorated. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Did I enjoy the food? Yes, did I eat everything I ordered? Yes, was it the best Chinese I've had? No, but it was nice enough and we enjoyed our evening.
Brilliant value for money. Brilliant quality of food. The food was delicious. Staff were amazing and very polite. Highly recommended the sesame prawn toast for a starter. Also highly recommend getting the combo meal (starter, main with side and desert of either vanilla/chocolate ice-cream or fried banana), very good value for money getting the golden chopstick combo meal (can't rememebr what it is actually called) for only roughly 14€ with tax for a 3 course meal including side for the main
The restaurant, the decor, the tables, the chairs, the napkins are all beautiful. The staff are so friendly, a great place to take your kids. The food is amazing, freshly made, no grease or soggyness. They do chicken nuggets and chips too, if you have kids. The best meal we had during our holiday. Thank you ❤️
Nicht von dem äußeren Erscheinungsbild bzw. Eingangsbereich abschrecken lassen. Das Essen war wirklich gut und das Personal super freundlich. Schaut euch den Boden an oder die Decke bzw Fensterbänke. 0 Staub oder Schmutz irgendwo. Sehr humane Preise für deutsche Verhältnisse schon fast billig. Waren im Rahmen unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts heute dort gewesen.
Wir hatten ein Menü für 3 Personen, alles war sehr lecker und nicht teuer, ca. 13 Euro pro Person und es war reichlich. Alles sehr sauber und sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung. Da es etwas abseits der Promenade liegt, war nicht allzuviel los, man sollte also eigentlich immer einen Tisch bekommen, ansonsten kann man das Essen aber auch mitnehmen. Top, wir kommen wieder!
The fixed price menu is excellent value for money and the food is delicious. We have been going here for at least 17 years.
Visited this place last week . We got a carry out set meal for 2 people .absolutely amazing flavours .piping hot
And plenty of it .and two cans of lager of them as a gift .
Very nice food and very reasonable prices, good friendly service. Will definitely visit again. The crispy duck and battered prawns were amazing.
This restaurant is so nice we visited twice whilst on holiday. Extensive menu with options for set menus - we chose a set menu for 2 14.95 euros per person and the food is so tasty. Big portions, really friendly attentive staff and the restaurant has a beautiful decor. Just situated on a side street from the busy strip it’s no wonder it attracts repeat business - definitely one of our favourite restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen
