We can honestly say this is the best meal and restaurant experience we have ever had. Adrian Quetglas is a culinary genius, Michelin star at a very reasonable price. The ambience, the attentive staff, the fantastic food with drink pairing make it a must visit whilst in Palma.
We will definitely be returning in the near future.
Ate last night with my Italian chef friend Marcello Ghiretti. Excellent food well presented by very helpful staff. Red and rose wine pairings excellent as was the cava. Felt the two white wines were a little unexciting. Smooth but perhaps a little too delicate for the food

We are fans! It is possible to serve high level gastronomy in an informal setting at very reasonable prices. Spain (ok: Mallorca) at it's best. 5 out of 5 dishes for lunch were spot on, full of flavors with unusual ingredients. We ran out of time during our stay, otherwise we would have booked again.

Very nice with excellent personell explsining dishes and wine. Our 10 years old boy loved evrything exceptionellt for the golden egg dish which only got the grader good.

Kaviar oder Tausch von Fleischsorten (in unserem Fall Taube statt Kalb) aufwerten zu lassen, was aber eigentlich nicht notwendig ist, da die Gänge gut abgeschmeckt sind - trotzdem eine nette Sache.

Mas que recomendable, servicio de unas dos horas y media que no se hacen nada pesadas, imprescindible para los amantes de la gastronomía.
Estrella michelín de principio a fin.
Una explosión en el paladar con cada uno de los platos. Recomendable el maridaje aunque sea solo con copas, pues el vino también es delicioso.
Deliciosos los dos entrantes y los dos platos principales, sin pegas.
