We advised in advance that one of us vegetarian and they did a separate set menu, never had that anywhere else and it was as imaginative and as beautifully presented as the meat/fish menu. Such a lovely find. The food is amazing, service with a smile and felt like a very special place. With a well priced set menu which catered for our 4 meat eaters and one vegetarian well. Loved it - Shame we aren't staying for longer or we'd be back. Thank you Lola.

Fantastic quality food at a very reasonable price!! Menu includes 1/2 bottle wine and a dessert at only 22€. The staff was very friendly and attentive, will definitely come back to Maxim's any time soon.
I can honestly say that was the best meal we have ever had in Spain. In fact anywhere. Fabulous from start to finish. The chef is marvellous and his front of house staff are a credit. The first time, but definitely not the last.

Friday night get together with friends gave us the opportunity to sample a new experience. We had been intending to visit Maxim for some time, but not got around to it, with so many other good restaurants in the area.
What a revelation it proved to be! We opted for the fixed Menu, which offered 4 choices of starter, mains and dessert, plus 1/2 bottle of wine per person at €22. It proved to be remarkably good value, with the starter preceded by canapes and home made bread with ali oli, tomato and mozzarella and lemon sorbet with gin between courses. The dishes were well prepared and very tasty and the presentation was first class. Service was friendly, attentive and informative, without being intrusive. Wine was of good quality too.
What made it even more surprising was the young team that own and operate the restaurant, with the aid of their mother. A talented group who deserve to be supported and to succeed in their venture. We will definitely be returning to experience more of what Maxim has to offer.
