Hicimos ayer un team building de cocina con el equipo y no pudo salir mejor. Recetas super completas, Lola sabe mucho de cocina Española. muy dinamico y original como experiencia, calidad de la materia prima estupenda y platos riquismos

¡Hemos hecho un taller de cocina con Lola con un grupo de compañeros y fue todo un acierto! Además se adapto al hecho que algunas personas no hablaban español y nos hizo la clase en inglés. Aprendimos mucho y todo fue muy rico, en particular las croquetas y el arroz 😋 Muchas gracias!!

Estuvimos hace poco en una celebración con amigos. Éramos unas 20 personas y el espacio estaba genial, además, nos dieron la posibilidad de servirnos el cóctel también y fue todo un acierto!!! Os lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias!!!

Favourite experience in Madrid! We did a cooking class with our families it was a great experience. Chefs knowledge of food and how to prepare local cuisine was top notch. Food was excellent.

Lola is a fantastic chef and teacher and ensures all of the students in her cooking classes learn and are involved. On the menu- Ham Croquettes, Salted Cod with Tomatoes and Peppers, and Black Rice Paella with squid. For each of the foods we prepared, we learned the critical steps. For ham croquettes, it’s the texture of the bechamel, and a new trick with 2 large spoons for working the cooled dough. For salt cod, it’s grating the tomatoes without including the skins. For the paella, the stock is the secret to flavor and the stove-oven-stove is the secret to perfect rice texture with great socarrat. We cooked the best paella (Black Rice - stupid google censor doesn't like the spanish word for black) that we had all week. We had tried 4 others and while some were very good. None compared to Lola’s. The event space was stylish and could easily accommodate a large group. Highly recommended for any size or type of event with English and Spanish language fluency!

We had a fabulous night cooking with Loleo. We made Russian salad, croquettes, squid ink paella and cod. We were shown how to prepare squid and debone cod too which was very helpful. The wine was certainly not in short supply and the class size of 10 was just right. I couldn’t recommend enough. One of the best cooking classes we have done.

Great lecture on cooking with tips and explanations, along with the recipes in the end. Lola is a great host and the whole group had a great evening. Would definitely recommend!
