First dining experience in Madrid, Spain. This was a sweet, and welcoming one. The wine and spirit selection to start, is plentiful. I selected a Spanish merlot; red wine to start. For the price, it was great. Pairing well with my toasted cristo bread topped with fresh, olive oil glazed Mediterranea
