Staying at this hotel the evening before our flight home and dinner was phenomenal! The customer service was absolutely outstanding! Love this place for their amazing staff and attention to the customer. I would stay here anytime while in Madrid!! All of the menu was tantalizing so you cannot go wrong!!
Wonderful hotel. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. We took a trip in September. We speak not very good Spanish but the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a lovely suite with a large tub. Concierge always had a taxi waiting for us when needed. Highly recommend!
