This hotel is beautiful. The decor is elegant and the staff are extremely helpful. The food is lovely. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is that I would have preferred to have a kettle in my room rather than a coffee maker. I'm a tea drinker and coffee makers do not produce a good cup of tea. I would definitely recommend Vincci The Mint to others and would stay there again.
Hotel genial, muy bien ubicado, habitaciones decoradas con gusto, camas super conodas. La terraza en el tejado con el food truck..simplemente espectacular. El desayuno es tremendo, la presentacion, variedad y calidad son excelentes. Pero sobre todo, los empleados, todos y cada uno de ellos encantadores!! Gracias Yolanda, Hayat y el chico peruano � Seguid asi!!Mi madre y yo pasamos un finde genial con ganas de más!!

We just had a wonderful, week long, stay. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. The location was perfect for seeing the sites in Madrid. Our room was so clean, comfortable, and well fitted to our needs. A beautiful hotel. Thank you for a great stay. We will recommend "the Mint" to everyone we meet.

Great breakfast, great location, great stuff, very very good service. The room was quiete and cool. We will definetly come back. We were 7 days and every day was better and better, esspecialy because of that stuff and hotel.

Great location! Great hotel. Staff are all very friendly, going out of their way to assist. Breakfast is perfect. The rooftop bar is wonderful. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Madrid. Had a wonderful weekend

אחלה מלון, עיצוב צעיר וחדשני,ארוחות בוקר בהגשה לשולחן, הכל נקי, חדש ומבריק, צוות מסביר פנים, חייכני ונכון לסייע בכל בעיה. על הגג בר חמוד שמאפשר לשתות ולקשקש בשקט. תענוג אמיתי.
אחד המלונות הכי מפנקים שהיינו צוות מעולה חדרים נקיים ויפים.ארוחת בוקר בהגשה של מלצרים מפנקת ביותר.מלון מרכזי מאוד לכל אטרקציה על הגראן ויה. חד מדמעית נחזור לשם בפעם הבאה.
