All- round perfection. From the concept and food to atmosphere and service. All what you could expect from a great eating-out experience. We tried to book the same day for dinner but all was full, we still tried our luck to get a spot at the bar and in the end we got a table thanks to a last minute no-show.
We went for a la carte and all dishes ranged from excellent to very good. Top favourite-the liver salad, just pure amazingness, perfectly balanced flavours and textures and the thin slices of this succulent liver made me weep with happiness. The fish ceviche "taco" came a close second. Beef tartar was great quality, deep earthy flavour meat, surprising texture though- a bit chunkier and chewier than usual, more like tiny cubes rather than shavings. Dessert was creme brulee with ice cream- spot on! Cheese selection was also perfectly fitting the concept- no slabs of your regular "crowdpleasers" but tiny cubes of carefully selected goat and sheep cheese.
Wine list was great too, choice of local Madrid wines by the glass.
Btw any chance of opening a sister Tasqueria in Brussels �?
The best meal I had this week in Madrid. The tasting menu was spectacular. Every dish as good as the last. Outstanding service too. #SomosCasqueros

Todo un acierto!! Buena atención, muy buenas sugerencias. Sublime la ensalada de oreja, tortilla de sesos y bacalao, sin olvidar las manitas con alcachofas, espectacular!! Todo lo q degustamos nos encantó. Volveremos.
