5 estrellas! Restaurante de cocina fusion peruana excelente, comida bien elaborado y con sabores equilibrados, el trato con Patrik muy bueno, nos recomendo varios platos y buenísimos! Un acierto en los cristianos donde si pasas, no dudes en entrar. Repetiré seguro!

Absolutely amazing. The food, service, and ambiance are of a very high gastronomic standard here. We tasted 5 different courses, and there was nothing to fault in any of them. The exceptional combination of flavors is something that you won't understand unless you try it. I highly recommend it, from today onwards, it's my favorite restaurant in Tenerife.

My husband and I went to Tenerife for the first time and on our first evening we found La Parada Gastroteca. We got a great warm welcome from the owner and staff, who continued to be accomodating and welcoming. The food was amazing, with a great mix of Spanish/Canarian food with an Asian/Peruvian mix. It was by far the best place we ate in Los Cristianos and we ended up going back a few times, also to celebrate my birthday. Patrick is a great host who you can tell loves what he does. Would 100% recommend.

Spanish moderna. We wanted to have a few bites of different meals and every meal was perfect. I have to mention a special Peruan soup that is prepared in a special way, garlic prawns (not the usual ones in oil you get everywhere in Tenerife) that was absolutely delicious, grilled beef tenderloin that was prepared based on my diet requirement and fantastic dessert passion fruit cream and chocolate. We really enjoy lunch here and would like to recommend it to you. :)

(Not only) cousine at La Parada Gastroteca is from another world. Modern Spanish with Peruan fusion is the thing you need to try when in Tenerife because it gives completely new, great twist to plain and ubiquitous dishes in Tenerife. We tried it with my pregnant wife (see her review below or above mine) and it was no problem to get everything prepared in a way her diet requires, without losing flavour and presentation. It all started with small, tasty amuse bouche followed by our starters: Mango gazpacho with smoked peto - awesome combination of sweet mango soup and smoked and salty white fish, refreshing contrast of both main ingredients are making this soup so good in hot Tenerifian weather. Wild soup with cheese and puff pastry (Peruan) - very unusual soup made of 3 kinds of mushrooms, cheese, spices, greens, cream and a bit of boujon, all of this cooked to perfection and baked in the over with cap made of puff pastry. It was yummy and unusual as I never had this before. As the second round of our starters tasting we chose: Garlic prawns in 2 textures - Gambas Al Ajillo shifted to different dimension. Shrimp carpaccio with confited shrimps and another secret ingrediences makes your day. Mellow Croquettes from Iberian cheeks with truffles - strong flavor of all ingredients plays a main role here. For the main my taste buds were blown up by Grilled octopus on roasted pepper puree. Incredible combo of two main ingredients, especially when octopus’ tentacles are small and many :) As a dessert we loved Passion fruit cream and white chocolate which can be called creme brulee powered by 3. This incredibly closed our coulinary trip along with Chocolate textures. Everyone who enjoys and seeks extraordinary coulinary experience should try La Parada Gastroteca because this is something you cannot get anywhere else in the island.

Highly recommend. Quality ingredients, expertly sourced and prepared to highest standards. Service was excellent, knowledgable and attentive. Food was delicious- an adventurous take on traditional Spanish cuisine. Really impressed with attention to detail-like a fine dining experience.
