A very delicious bread, you can actually feel that is home-made with passion. The owner is really nice, really knows his stuff, speaks English well, and is happy to explain the whole process of making it. It's a new place, so it's highly recommended you check it. It is a bit pricey, but if you like
yeast intolerant. haven't been able to eat normal bread in years until I came across Bakin Bad....mind blowing!!!
