We had a magical evening here after arriving (without a reservation), having just come from tapas elsewhere. We both had the gazpacho, which may be the best ever, followed by a superb cod and shrimp dish that we shared. The local red wine was a nice complement to the meal. And, of course, the view was stunning. Highly recommend!
Splendid view of Alhambra, especially during sunset! Food is delicious, although a bit overpriced, but apparently you pay for the view :) Stuff is attentive and nice. The owner (moustached man in his sixties, I assumed to be the owner) was really nice, sarcastic and funny, special thanks for the best table with the best view :)

This place is worth the hype! We were 2 hours late for our Saturday night reservation (due to an Alhambra trip mishap) and after a short 15 minute wait we were escorted to an incredible table overlooking the gorgeous evening escapade offered by the Alhambra. We may have just gotten lucky to get this table, or maybe it was the fact that the staff was lovely and did not deter us (with caution) from waiting. Once we sat down, the food, wine, service, and ambiance was top notch. My husband and I shared a delicious mozzarella, mushroom and tomato salad for our starter. He had the oxtail soup, which was recommended in our guidebook by Rick Steves, and i had the black cod with hollandaise sauce Au gratin (also recommended by Rick Steves). We shared a fantastic bottle of a Granada-crafted red wine blend and the delicious brownie desert. Very impressed with this gem in Granada!
Great views, lovely food, amazing service and fantastic patio heaters! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone without hesitation
Amazing food, amazing location, stunning views over the Alhambra Palace at sunset. You’ll need to book well in advance but it’s worth the wait...
Fantastisk sted. Nydelig mat, flott service og spektakulær utsikt. Anbefales på det varmeste. Anbefales Taxi fra sentrum :-)
This Mirador is perfectly located across from the Alhambra and has lovely views of the surrounding city. Perfect for Sunset. The food is phenomenal. We had the cod with hollandaise and the Solomillo with apples and rosemary. Both were perfectly cooked and delectable. A definite must in Granada.
Amazing food, great service, and of course the best view of the Alhambra. Recommend going right before sunset to see it in daylight and a night.
Espectaculares vistas, comida, trato y ambiente.

Stunning. Every five star review you read here is spot on .. including this one.
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at opening to the moment we walked out the door a few hours later. We had a table right on the rails and enjoyed watching the Alhambra change colors with the sky as we observed sunset and then subsequent lighting of her facade. There was no rush for us to leave; it's obvious they are okay with one seating per table, which was awesome.
Calm, quiet, tranquil .. nothing loud here; music very faint .. just people enjoying each other, the view, and their meals. We were the only table with children so I suspect that may not be the norm. Dress code was all over the place .. dress and heels; jeans; coat and tie.
We started with the jamon (best we've had in Spain) and shared the caprese -- excellent. My son had the garlic soup, daughter shared the lamb chops with me, husband had the kabob. For dessert we shared the apple and brownie, both to die for.
There is no parking, so walk over or cab it. We were staying nearby and walked.
Thank you for a lovely evening!
It is our first night in Granada and all the places overlooking the Alhambra were reserved out already. We stumbled my this place and they were able to seat us (party of 7). The view is spectacular and the food accompanied that. Of course you are paying for the view more than the food. They started off with bread and watermelon ceviche. The ceviche was a nice refreshing touch. I got the duck breast in mint sauce which was cooked perfectly. I did wish they had better steak knife. My wife got the beef skewer with a prawn. That too was very delicate and tasty. My son got the grilled baby lamb chops which he could have eaten more if those lamb chops were much bigger. For dessert, my wife got the flan and son got the brownie. Both came with a scoop of ice cream and I could smell the richness of the brownie where I sat. All in all, great place with a fitting great view.
The view - the staff - the meal - all above average. Although more expensive than other places we have visited, well worth the extra Euros !
The amuse bouche (tapa) was a creamy Avocado, Almond whipped "Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese" mousse that was absolutely delicious. We had 2 soups (Asparagus with almonds & egg yolk and the Andalusian Garlic with egg yolk - the later being the "winner", although both being very good.
For entrees we had the Lamb Chops & the Beef Filet over a pumpkin purée - again delicious.
With a bottle of moderately priced wine the bill came to around $115 US. Come for the view - stay for the food !
Great views, good food, good service.
We dropped by without reservation around 9.30pm and were seated promptly at a table with wonderful views of Alhambra.
We ordered the Andalusian garlic soup (okay, nothing memorable), oxtail stew (delicious), cod with peppers (generous portion, very tasty), chocolate brownie with ice cream (okay) and apple pastry (not bad).
The food was good but not amazing enough for us to make another trip back.
Ps. Ladies, bring a shawl or light jacket as it gets quite chilly as the temperature dips.
Great easy online booking system which made arranging dinner easy. Terrific view and good food. Staff spoke great English and menu available in English too. Had a nice sangria and my partner and I decided to share plates starting with broad beans and ham which was fantastic, a yummy gespatcho (cold tomato soup) and finally oxtail stew. All washed down with a bottle of local red wine.
We commented that the food was really good for a place with such a fab view. Certainly a great combination for a fab night out. Best time your meal for around sunset if you want to maximize the view, but still worth it if you have to book early or later!
Dinner was awesome, service was good and the view spectacular. We started with cheese sample, olives and bread. The blue cheese was delicious as well as the goat cheese and other local selections. My partner and I had the beef skewer with a prawn in a Rosemary Date sauce. Our buddy had grilled lamb chops. We sampled each others plates. The beef was tender and prepared medium rare. The prawn was a bit over cook, but seemed to be more of a garnish. Lamb chops were slightly charred and quite tasty. We also had the Ajo (garlic) soup served hot with pine nuts. The prices were a bit more than local restaurants, but the overall experience was worth it.
This was the most adorable little restaurant tucked away in the country side of Granada. It's all open/outdoor patio seating, and the view of the Alhambra and its surrounding landscape is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You can get the best pictures and not have to deal with the crowds of tourists at all the other good viewing spots in the city. We went at around sunset and it was just magical. We ordered the duck and the beef fillet skewers w/ prawns, both of which were delicious. The service was also great, and the whole vibe of the place was just so romantic and special and really made our whole trip to Granada just perfect. If you want to get away from the bustling center of the city, I would definitely recommend this place, you won't regret it!
Un "must know " en Granada.
