As the name suggests, there is a great view from the terrace, especially at sunset. The food here was very tasty and served hot. Our waiter seemed to be the only one on duty and therefore was very busy, but also very efficient. We had a lovely atmosphere at our table but the general ambience of the restaurant was just okay.

Called in for lunch (menu del dia) today for the first time. Went for the soup of the day (cream of broccoli), creamy garlic mushroom bruschetta, roast pork and vegan burger. Starters were great, soup was very tasty (though a little watery). Pork (according to OH) was good, but the cauliflower cheese was cold (hot bowl, cold food), however, the waiter rectified this and it was worth it as it was delicious and a generous portion. I had the vegan burger, which according to the main menu should come with vegan cheese and coleslaw. Neither of these were included. Also, it was hard to eat as the salad (lettuce and tomato) was below the burger and so it kept slipping out. It was OK taste wise, but think having the cheese and maybe some onion would help with the flavours. Now for the Chips! They are absolutely amazing. Totally home made, tasty and cooked to perfection. Would definitely go back even just for those and the cauliflower cheese. Price was €14.95 pp which does not include a drink, but does include ice cream, sorbet or coffee. Venue was surprisingly large both inside and out, and the views are amazing. We will definitely be back. Would like to try the Sunday lunch.
Great place that lives up to it's name, fantastic views. Lovely food at competitive prices with friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
25€ for 2 cod and chips with all the trimmings including a bottle of wine. Great value.
Re-visited for the Jersey Boys Night and had a great evening. The set course menu was really tasty and particularly loved the kick of fresh ginger in the salad that accompanied the sea bass. It was a busy night so the kitchen did well to feed everyone so well and keep the quality of food. I love the fact that the food is all fresh ingredients and always a good helping of fresh veg. Great value for money with really good entertainment too.
Amazing cocktails, place looks great with great view. Only thing is we went one night which was 2 for 1 (great value!!) But extremely slow drink service. Wasn't slow any of the other times we were there:)
Had a lovely afternoon here with family.Great views and Staff very helpful and pleasant.Food was lovely and well presented just took a little time arriving but we was in no rush.Great deal on the Cocktails

Awesome place to dine or drink...hidden gem of a place. If there was more attention to the entrance then it would be more noticable....we found it through word of mouth (as we passed it every day thinking it was an office)
Nice restaurant with good views on the terrace, we had Sunday dinner and it was very good as was the price we will go back.
Food was delicious, entertainment was absolutely fabulous, service to the table was great.
However, the guy who welcomed us was quite rude and abrupt and lacked people skills.
Had another fantastic meal at The View today! With so many delicious dishes on the menu it was so hard to decide, in the end I went for the Duck Taco followed by the Chicken Shish, two of the new dishes that’s has been recently added to their menu. It was DELICIOUS! Beautifully tender chicken and full of flavour! Staff are always very attentive and my daiquiri went down too easy while admiring the stunning view. If you haven’t been to the view yet, get yourself booked in!

Excellent wine / cocktail bar & restaurant. Booked for Sunday lunch as probably the best value (quality / price) in the area. Food was very good with attentive service. Highly recommend.

Been several times, nice spot for a drink.
My partner went 3 years ago with the girls, and said the cocktails were pricey so never went again, my loss. We went on Sunday for a roast, the views are spectacular never knew Villamartin was so green, I need to get out more. The roast was lovely roast potatoes crispy on the outside and fluffy inside turkey was very tasty. One of the best roast this year, it is definitely worth a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed
