We stumbled across this delightful little cafe when out on a walk on our first full day in Tenerife and just had to go in as it looked so cute and welcoming. The Halfway Cafe then become our favourite place to go for lunch, drinks or even just a little snack!
Not only is the location great, with wonderful views overlooking the beach and the sea, the owners of this cafe are super friendly and welcoming too!
We visited the cafe a handful of times in our weeks stay and we loved it every single time!
The Milkshakes and Fresh Fruit Smoothies are delicious and the cakes in this place are just divine! (The Brownies were definitely my favourite) and not forgetting the proper food too, which again was delicious. We ate numerous things here from Sandwiches, Jacket Potatoes and Nachos to just grabbing a takeaway cake for back at the hotel.
I must also add that we were visiting Tenerife with my partners family to celebrate his Dad's 60th Birthday. When we first visited The Halfway Cafe and saw that they made home made birthday cakes we thought what a perfect way to celebrate the birthday whilst out in Tenerife, but with my partners Dad's birthday being the following day we thought we had no chance in getting a home made cake made so quickly with such little notice. But we were wrong! Silvia assured us that she could bake up a simple, small birthday cake by the following afternoon which was great news. When we picked up the cake the following day we were amazed with how wonderful it looked and how it had been made in such a short space of time. My partners Dad was absolutely thrilled with his birthday cake and it was super yummy too!
This place is definitely our favourite cafe and we will definitely return if we are ever in Tenerife again!

Visted today with the misses. After craving a good cup of tea since we landed on Tuesday i must say i was not disappointed. Had the high tea and have to admit the home baking, service and location was all top notch. The scones were delicious and the tea was the best I've had on holiday. We will defo be back before our return home.
Absolutely love this place. The best Tuna salad ever with the best white bread and the best tea... Yorkshire of course. We will be back again next year. Let us know if you need a restock of the Yorkshire tea!

Having been here a while ago we hadn't felt the need to return. However my wife and I decided to pop in again for breakfast. Thank goodness we did! Under new management, it is wonderful! The food is fresh and homemade, the menu fantastic and the friendly and attentive staff can't do enough for you to make you comfortable! We live here in Tenerife and we are so glad to have come back here now that things have changed. We have now been here 4 times in the last 4 days! Breakfasts lovely, (My wife loves the continental option) fresh sandwiches on bloomer bread and wonderful cakes and scones! I have to say it is the personal touches that go a long way, the staff really wonderful and Sharon in particular is a darling! Thank you to all at the new and improved Halfway Cafe! We will be back so much you will be sick of us!
Loved this place for lunch/brunch, was here twice within a week. Probably the best carrot cake I've ever had and my partner loved the scrambled eggs on toast. Will defiantly be returning when I'm back in Tenerife.

We spent a week in teneriffe south. On our first day we came across this lovely cafe. We stopped for coffee and cake, of which there was a lovely selection from Victoria sponge , brownies , walnut cake and various others . All made on the premises and delicious. The items on the menu are made fresh to order and they will try to accommodate slight variations from the menu to suit your tastes . The owners are lovely and friendly and not forceful in anyway which was one of the many reasons we kept returning during our week. The view from the terrace is stunning of the seafront and the whole experience is very relaxing.

Trato super amable de la chica y el chico. Las pizzas son buenisimas, las vistas donde estabamos sentados son increibles, el mar de fondo. El sitio esta algo apartado de la zona de transito por lo que no hay mucha gente… si ese restaurante estaria en pleno paseo se llenaria siempre por su calidad/precio.
Si volvemos a tenerife, repetiremos en esa pizzeria

El trabajo en equipo, cuidando todos los puntos es sin duda lo que diferencia a la calidad a la hora de sentarte a comer. Desde el recibimiento a pie de playa del chico que nos recomendo las pizzas en el sitio, la atención del personal, y claro que la comida, todo eso estuvo a la altura para esta grata experiencia. Calidad del producto, calidad del personal , y precio, además de que está situado en un muy lindo lugar con lindas vista. Hicieron que tengamos una linda cena . Gracias !

Un lugar pequeño y lleno de encantó por el trato profesional y cercano ,con unos precios en relación a la calidad muy buenos ,una comida muy sabrosa y presentación maravillosa.
100% recomendable para poder probar un poquito más de cerca la comida italiana.

Pizzas deliciosas, terraza con vistas al mar, buena relación calidad-precio y mejor aún es la atención del personal. Especialmente el trato de Valeria. 100% recomendable.

Las pizzas brutales, riquísimas! Lo más importante es la atención recibida, son muy agradables y atentos. Sin duda repetiremos! Muy recomendable.
Puedo decir que los ingredientes son buenos y las pizzas tienen buen sabor. Lo que no me acaba de convencer es la masa demasiado crujiente y hecha en horno eléctrico
