Well, what can I say? What a fabulous treat! My fiancé and I came here last night for our tea and we were not disappointed. *Supreme* tapas - never had anything like it. We shared a gluten-free tray between us and sampled some of their wines.
Beautifully presented but, most importantly, the food was absolutely decadent. Don't be fooled by the way the sample plates appear on the board outside, as their potions are actually incredibly generous! Our hosts were extremely professional, but not so much that they kept their distance; they were incredibly friendly, encouraging and very patient listening to my broken Spanish! They seemed interested, alert and passionate about what they do - and that is a very infectious attitude!
Furthermore, they are almost criminally cheap...€32 euros for an incredibly varied array of yummy food, delicious wines, drinks AND dessert? Have I died and gone to a culinary heaven of sorts? For the experience I had, I felt guilty giving them just that.
What's more, there are plenty of options for people with intolerances like me, or people with different diets (vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan). They're not 'boring' either - each dish on our platter had its own unique twist. Needless to say, not a single scrap was left on any of our trays.
Ultimately, do make your way over to the Land of Freedom. You seriously cannot go wrong here. :)
Absolutely outstanding ! I don’t normally do reviews, but this place deserves the recognition.
The service is fantastic and all of the staff work hard to make you feel comfortable. The restaurants philosophy is unique and very clear. The place really is about the client, and great food. What I love is that this is not a kitchen that mass produces, but the food is always delightful and unique. The tapas offer a great selection, and flexibility where you can mix and match if you like.
The restaurant in itself is not on the main road and it’s not easily found, yet the staff are very unique in their approach as they are not pushy with their advertisements. Massive respect to the owner and all the staff, thank you and I wish you all the best !
Had an amazing meal at Land of Freedom last night (best tapas meal yet) for Adrian's birthday, a must try if you are in Corralejo, Fuerteventura (our 2nd visit) - staff so friendly and great concept, 5 tapas dishes paired with 5 wines to compliment the food xx
I would highly recommend a visit to this lovely restaurant and tapas bar. We had vegan tapas with a selection of wines, pancakes with jam and to finish off we had the Land of Freedom cocktail. Great place to eat and drink.
High cousine and 5 star concierge service with unbelievable cost for such a tastefully gastronomic delight... hummmm, yummy to say the least. I've loved each bite and all dishes cutely presented paired with the correct wine. Craft and conoseurship well noticed like no other restaurant in this island. Land of Freedom...I love the rainbow logo which rimes flamboyantly with its restaurant name. Not to be missed while visiting as much as the paradisiac beaches of this island.
We ate at the Land of Freedom last night for the first time... We was not disappointed it was amazing! We both had the sea tray with the different wines & Tiramisu for dessert. The food was delicious (the best calamari I have had) & we loved the complimenting wines was a really unique touch. The restaurant had a really personal feel to it with very welcoming, friendly staff. Overall the staff, atmosphere & of course the food was fantastic. We can't wait to come again!
Incredible cuisine! Beautiful, fresh, traditional tapas - complimented, beautifully, with delicious local wine. Staff and service were exceptional - especially, the very polite 'Mila Kunis' lookalike! Cannot recommend enough.
The gem of Correljo.
One word - 'Excellent'. A small place just to the side of Ramoons on the main strip. I had the '5 dish sea food' tapas and the Mrs had the 'land'. Well worth the money. All food and sauces are home made and prepared to a very high standard. Extremely friendly head waiter who explained everything in detail. Please check it out as you will not be disappointed. The five course tapas with accompanying wines was superb worth every minute of the wait. A restaurant not to be missed. The price was very reasonable a hidden gem.
Who can give a better review for a restaurant than someone who worked there for ten months.
The uniqueness of the menu..the owners and the staff that work hard every day so everything is prepared fresh,the higience level,the atmosphere of a welcoming house are(to name a few) reasons that anyone should try to have at least one dinner there..
For me working in restaurants for 16 years now was the best experience i had..i realy wish you the best..you deserve your name LAND OF FREEDOM!!!!
Fantastic Tapas last night. They also have a great one for kids too. 5 tapas and 5 drinks €13. Would definitely recommend a visit

Great food and a very kind host. We've had the land tray, vegetarian tray, vegan tray and dessert tray, and every tapa was lovely. It is definetely worth going to Land of Freedom.
Amazingly yummytastic food ,served by a great and very friendly waiter .chef dude is great to .a really great place to spend an everning of relaxing fine dining ...
Ooooh and the pudding tray ....have the pudding tray seriously !!!!
When we go back to corralejo(again)we will be going back here first night .

Un restaurante muy original y rico. Tiene la opción de pedir un variado de tapas que viene con una degustación de vinos. Nosotros pedimos la canaria. Además un steak tartar riquísimo y pan de ajo con queso. Y la tarta de quedo muy top.
Me gusta la propuesta de la degustación de diferentes platos y el maridaje con los vinos. Me hubiese gustado igual probar la opción Canaria, pero no entiendo un estofado de lentejas para cenar. Es cierto que estaba rico pero igual me esperaba más y los vinos no me sorprendieron especialmente. Tardaron mucho en servirnos. El tiramisu que pedimos de postre estaba bueno pero igual le faltaba un poco de mascarpone
Debo decir que la experiencia fue simplemente extraordinaria. Si bien todo el menú ofrecía una variedad de platos tentadores, fue el atún siciliano el que realmente cautivó mi paladar y se ganó un lugar especial en mi corazón culinario. Muy recomendable

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a cenar y la verdad que nos gustó mucho. Pedimos la tabla de tierra y pasta. La comida buena y muy agradables en cuanto a la atención, aunque nos quedamos con las ganas de probar la tabla de postres, pero ya no podíamos comer más! Sin duda, si volvemos a la isla volveremos aquí

Nos llamaron la atención las reseñas previas y desde luego, que es increíble. Idea original y con calidad. Atendieron nuestra sugerencia de al atún ponerle un vino de Cádiz aunque el de Valencia está bastante rico😁.
Un servicio excelente, muy amables atienden en diversos idiomas. No tiene baño adaptado, como es terraza caben sillas de ruedas y de niño
Lugar agradable y relajado, servicio impecable, amable y cordial, comida espectacular. Que más decir, un 10 . Ni un pero. Sales totalmente satisfecho. Faltan estrellas para ponerle. Gracias.
Experiencia buena pruebas un poco de todo, a un precio mas o menos razonable, el atún estaba exquisito. El trato muy agradable, con estufas y manta si estas en la terraza, y el chupito de cortesia de ron miel. El dueño italiano, muy atento.
No es la primera vez que vamos....y cada vez es siempre todo perfecto....cómoda servicio y calidad de atención....no se puede pedir más...una velada inolvidable

Buenas noches.
En primer lugar me gustaría pedir disculpas por no haber dejado mi reseña antes, realmente debería haberlo hecho puesto que vuestro local lo merece.
Fuimos a vuestro restaurante el Viernes 15 de Julio, y quedamos gratamente satisfechos tanto mi novia cómo yo.
Quiero resaltar varios puntos, porque cómo dije, vuestro local, rebosa carisma y elegancia .
En primer lugar, la localización: prácticamente en la avenida principal, con una terraza decorada con mucho mimo y con varios detalles. La luz era perfecta y la música acompañaba el decorado sin quitarle calidad
El servicio, en segundo lugar, muy atento y rápido. Me agradó que siempre tuvieran una sonrisa para acompañar sus palabras. Sus recomendaciones también nos ayudaron a disfrutar de la mejor experiencia culinaria.
Finalmente, la comida, y no menos importante. Fue exquisita. No puedo poner ningún pero. La carta ofrece numerosas opciones. La recomendación principal en forma de lubina fue la guinda del pastel. Estaba deliciosa. Se deshacía sola y perfectamente en su punto. Los postres riquísimos. En caso de duda, los menús de degustación son un excelente complemento.
En definitiva, siempre que pasemos por la isla volveremos a visitaros y os recomiendo a todos mis amigos

Trato muy agradable, estaba lleno y a pesar de ello nos dejaron sentarnos en unas sillas de la terraza mientras esperábamos. Tanto los camareros como el propietario fueron muy simpáticos en todo momento. Después, la comida merecía mucho la pena, con una buena relación calidad-precio. Nos quedamos con muchas ganas de probar el pack de cinco tapas que vimos que servían en las mesas de al lado. Muy recomendable

Una idea muy original la de las degustaciones. De los mejores sitios de Corralejo. Hay que probar una cena o comida alli. Gran servicio y gran cocina.
El formato es original. Las papas lo mejor de la degustación de tapas Canarias. Sí me gustó mucho la degustación de vinos canarios. Llama la atención que está regentado por italiano. ¿Para volver? Creo que no repetiré.
La degustación de platos es ideal para conversar, picar y tomarse algo.
Es un espacio tranquilo y agradable.
El personal muy atento y al pendiente.
Trato excelente, variedad de productos,muy buena relación calidad-precio.
Tienes la opción de probar varias tapas con su correspondiente vino, como pedir un plato.
Hemos probado las dos cosas y nos ha encantado. El trato de dueño también ha sido genial. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.
La idea de las bandejas degustación es original y te permite probar varios platos al mismo tiempo. Creo que la selección canaria podría ser aún más típica con un gofio escaldado, un almogrote, cabrito... vez de unas lentejas con chorizo y unas albóndigas (muy buenas, pero lentejas y albóndigas al fin y al cabo). Más pensado para el paladar extranjero, quizás. La atención superamable por parte del jefe y los camareros. Y el precio ajustado a lo que ofrecen.
