Quite simply this restaurant is the best in the area, cannot recommend it highly enough. The food really is amazing, all fresh and cooked to perfection. Big shout out to James and all his team, chefs, waiters/waitresses, bar staff, absolute first class, thank you.

One of the best meals we have had whilst on our first visit to Callao Salvaje .The service, wine, food and surroundings were perfect! Great location for a special meal. Highly recommended for a special romantic meal.
Great evening, good food and drinks reasonably priced for three adults, with fantastic live group performance of motown and soul music. Good atmosphere, room to dance. Would recommend to anyone over 45 years old. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Ok....ate here once. Very decent home cooked food for the price - value for money! However -
would like to commend more fully.... all the bar and restaurant staff who worked their socks off all day and night. Serving; clearing and tidying up constantly; and keeping everyone gee-ed up and jovial...lots of banter and hilarity. Special thanks to them all - not sure of all their names - but Victor who was always smiling, full of energy and encouraging the dancing. First night, English waiter, not very tall, shock of dark hair.....worked soooo hard all night!

Entertainment - some quality acts....really enjoyable...topped I would say by R &B on Thursday night...Motown classics....performed so authentically.....A-MAZ-ING!! Professional. Quality. Close your eyes and you could have been back there with Barry White, the Drifters, The Four Tops, Billy Ocean. SUPERB!
Also the Duo on Tuesday night....lady singer and gent - keyboards and instrumentals - excellent! The lady was skilled at working the audience. Lovely singer. Professional. Guy on keyboards versatile, skilled and sense of humour thrown in. Overall, the entertainment to be commended. Thank you!
Took a chance on this restaurant and wasn't disappointed- friendly welcome, attentive service and the food was excellent- even had some soothing music to help us on our food trip...great experience, will be back, love from Scotland
