Enjoy Sublime Views and Delicious Food at The Edge
This is a top quality restaurant at the Pearly Grey resort located in the quiet town of Callao Salvaje in the South of Tenerife, Canary Islands. The restaurant is certainly a hidden gem in Callao Salvaje and certainly worth a visit even if you are not staying at the resort. The head chef and his team put great time and care into making sure your food is of the highest quality, unlike some of the other restaurants in the town. In addition to this they are very accommodating to different dietary requirements. I follow a mostly vegan diet and they are more than happy to cater for vegans/vegetarians by creating special meals.
The food and drink are delicious at The Edge and the staff all hard working and friendly. The best feature has to be the view though which is just sublime! You are literally sitting on the edge of the cliff looking out at a panoramic view of the ocean with La Gomera island in the distance. The restaurant has been completely refurbished and is very modern and stylish and in great condition. With the fully glass fence you get a perfect view of the sea as you sip a cocktail and enjoy your meal. The only slight change I would make would be more variety in the music, but apart from that The Edge is an excellent choice to eat at!

I enjoyed a lovely meal at the Edge Restaurant with my son and some friends in December.
We had many different tapas dishes and all of them were delicious!!
The staff were very friendly and you could even watch some of the food being prepared.
The sunset from The Edge is very beautiful!
I would definitely recommend enjoying a dinner here and it really is one of Tenerife's best kept secrets :-)

Fantastic Canarian evening tonight celebrating my birthday. Enjoyed the food, sangria and entertainment and I participated in flamingo dancing which I absolutely loved �️ thank you for fantastic evening x
Cams here for my dads 40th birthday and couldn’t have been any better! Staff are lovely and location is beautiful. The food is really nice too. Also decorated it all for us and had a cake made for us free of charge! Recommend 100%

Un lugar fantástico y tranquilo para tomar una copa y comer. Vistas espectaculares a la Gomera en primera línea de mar y atardeceres que quitan el aliento, en una terraza muy agradable, acogedora y cómoda. Personal muy amable y profesional. Suelen tener música en directo por las tardes-noches. Recomendable 100%.
What a great find . A lovely place on the waters edge , try and get a table by the glass to watch the sunset … food was excellent value and good quality . Generous portions for the starters which was nice .
Added bonus of evening entertainment too !
Watch the sunset , have some good food , and be entertained , all for €115 for two - wine , gins , dinner with deserts and coffee , I’d say that’s a winner 🥇

I was on holiday and googled restaurants nearby, I came across this one. Naturally, I looked at the menu and read the reviews, all positive, especially about the customer service..
So later, on a walk about saw it and convinced hubby to come back for take out.
Now first all, restaurant is very impressive, the view of the ocean does it, and the staff were very attentive, I asked if i could order something to go and was greeted with a beautiful smile by a lady called Caterina i think her name was
Short with brown hair, lovey voice, beautiful...anyway order a white pizza consisting of cheese salmon red onions and I asked for mushrooms to be added, no problem she says. I also ordered strawberry cheese cake and whipped cream for dessert.
And chicken gougons and chips for our son.
Portion size was more than enough, and yes, good value for money.
All tasted great, I absolutely loved my pizza, and i will be taking any visit back before leaving.
Came for my birthday celebrations. Matthew was very accommodating and sat us at a lovely ocean view table. Lovely food and delicious cocktails. Highly recommended.
Relaxing breakfast. Never disappointed with the view, food, or staff when we visit. Margaret and Luis were cheerful and helpful as usual 🙂👍🏻xx

A stunning setting and the most delicious cocktail's - specials daily but my favourite Pornstar Martini's were amazing! The staff are so friendly and chatty. Hubby and I shared the Houmous Sharing Platter, so fresh and tasty (clearly homemade Houmous!)

Great place for a drink with a view and good chill out music. Happy hour means 2 x cocktails for €10 and great snacks and food. Friendly staff and ocean/sunset views make this a must try

Amazing coctail bar with fair prices. Highly recommended to visit at sunset, it has an amazing view to the ocean. There is live music on wednesday and saturday night.
