Excelente comida, cerveza Brewdog NEIPA England, si no la han probado aún este es el lugar!
El nombre nos llevó a pensar que era comida catalana, pero resultó un mix. El bar lo llevan Ingleses y me gustaría que explotarán más esa faceta. El lugar es particular y tiene su estilo propio, me gustó mucho.
En un pueblo donde abunda la oferta de pizza, pasta y kebab este sitio recién abierto es un verdadero oasis (literalmente teniendo en cuenta la maravillosa terraza interior al aire libre) para la gente que le gusta comer y beber bien. Se nota que el dueño Oli sabe hacerlo :)
Son ya tres veces que hemos ido a comer allí y aparte de la buena oferta de cervezas artesanales (Punk IPA y Weissbier a presión y ART cervesers en botella), vermut casero y vino me encanta la sopa de coliflor y anacardo, la trucha ahumada casera y la 72h panceta de cerdo!
El trato del personal es impecable y siempre acabas hablando de todo con esta gente tan maravillosa.
Estando al lado de la estación del tren y la playa este lugar es una visita obligada cuando vas a Calella!!!
Genial. Nos llamó el sitio por el patio interior, súper agradable, fresco y bonito. Estuvimos a punto de no entrar porque no nos convencía la carta. Sin embargo, tomamos una estupenda decisión!!! Es espectacular! Todo muy elaborado y con sabores sorprendentes y deliciosos. Muy recomendable!!

Magnífica experiencia que no se encuentra fácilmente. Independientemente de las cervezas artesanas, la exquisitez de los platos que prepara el chef es sublime, hay que probarlo.
Comida diferente pero muy rica. Un sitio recomendable para probar y acabarás volviendo.

Lugar súper guay, atención genial, me encantó!!!
This is a secret gem. The food is presented in a beautiful way and tastes gourmet, but they’re very simple and affordable. I would highly recommend the stop if you’re arriving to Calella or even on your way home for dinner. The portions are quite large so maybe 3 or 4 tapas would be enough for a group of 4.
Love coming here. A must-visit. Delicious, fresh, beautifully presented food (the frog croquettes, asparagus with ajo blanco, haggis, welsh rarebit are all soooo goood) great vibes, gorgeous wines, scrumptious cocktails, groovy indoor terrace and a colour scheme that makes you feel like you’re in an Almodóvar movie, amazing staff who always has a dog biscuit for our inquisitive dog. Thanks a lot! <3
Fabulous! Everything...the service, the atmosphere, great natural wine options, and really remarkable food. I loved the salmon negroni which surprised me, the asparagus with ajoblanco delicious, the haggis added that earthy homely touch and I certainly wasn't expecting the frogs leg croquetas!! We finished off trying a couple of the cocktails made by George including his home-made ginger beer. Thanks Oli and George for a memorable 10/10 foody experience. I am looking forward to returning soon to try the rest of the menu.
Found this beautiful restaurant/bar just steps away from the beach! It has a colonial atmosphere (I believe part of it was a old stable). After ordering a few glasses of exquisite white wine, I felt like being on a nice holiday. Great place and fantastic staff. A must in Calella city!
I came here on my last night and only wish I'd found it on my first! Best choice of proper beer (not fizzy lager rubbish) in Calella, some brewed just up the road and on tap. The owner and Ollie the barman were really friendly and happily chatted to me all evening. The food is also very tasty and different - recommend the duck. I may have to go back again just for here :-)
Bar Gros is the epitome of robust hospitality. Thoughtfully prepared, inventive and generous dishes are delivered with aplomb. A warm and welcoming Padron is the rosy cherry on the Cake Gros. Compelling art on the walls is all for sale too - what’s not to like?
It's a find!
A stylish little place just where you don't expect to find such a place - next to Calella station. They serve stylish drinks and the most delicious food. A short-ish menu, everything we ordered was slightly unexpected but also yummy. Great atmosphere, good value, friendly host - we'll be back
