Fantastic drive up the mountain followed by a great welcome. The tapenade with fresh bread was outstanding. The goats cheese starter was great especially as they put the beetroot on a separate plate as I can't stand it but my wife loves it. The lamb main was beautiful, the vegetables cooked al-dente and perfect. The lamb jus was so well flavoured. We will deffo be going back and recommending to friends.
Everything about La Montana is just so good. The menu covers a wide variety that I’m sure everyone that goes there will be covered, the staff are really friendly and the value for money just can’t be beaten. A must do, if not already done, Top Marks
Really enjoyed our meal here-we were staying with family locally and they've been here more than a few times over the years,great atmosphere with friendly hosts and a great choice of food to be had. One of the best meals we've had. Recommended highly 👍🏻

wonderful peaceful surroundings up the mountain! Excellent attention to detail from Matt (the owner) and Julia (the chef) ... ambience and service, food and price were all exceptional.

Stayed with friends in Bedar this past week. Enjoyed 2 fantastic meals at La Montana on Thursday evening and Sunday lunchtime. Everyone is really friendly.

Charming and friendly restaurant high up in the mountains - excellent service, good wine and delicious, well presented food. We had a lovely evening here last night and would thoroughly recommend.

The Montana restaurant surpassed itself this Chrisrmas.
Every couse was thoughtfully put together to blend in with the overall menu and each course was carefully and skillfully prepared and delivered to the table.
The warm ambiance of the surroundings contributed fully to the success of the occaision as did the discreet and knowledgeable service.

The first time we went the food was so delicious - huge portions, delicious steak, sucullent lamb .... we decided to go back three days later to 'our usual table' (thank you Matt) - we then had ALL the starters - cómo tapas - except the gazpacho .... tricky btw 4 with a straw!! beautiful food again from Carol in the kitchen, attentive, knowledgeable and engaging service. Restaurantr encantador, intimo hay tres zonas con pocas mesas en cada uno, escondido en la suerra de cabrera, tiene terraza exterior y en la terraza, bonitas vistas. Atencion muy buena.por parte del servicio.
Pedimos dos primeros, las peras al horno y los pimientos de piquillo, todo muy bueno, en especial las peras.
Pedimos de segundo el curry con langostinos, picante el plato y la pata de cordero deshuesado a cual mas rico de los dos.
De postre el brownie y tarta de. limon. Un acierto.
Precio normal, dos perdonas con postre y sin vino por 60€. Todo muy bien presentado y bueno.
El ambiente esta mas enfocado al publico ingles pero merece la pena ir.
Me encanto el sitio no puedo decir mas.
