Came across this restaurant by chance as we were passing through on the beautiful road from Masca to Buenavista del Norte. It looked dark inside, and we wondered if it was even open, but we were hungry so we decided to give it a go. On entering, we realised we were the only ones in the place and began to doubt our choice of venue. Luckily for us, we stayed and enjoyed a really good meal (pork chop for me (gigantic! I only ate half and brought the rest home with me) and rabbit in sauce for my other half). We were brought two bread buns (very nice) with two sauces/dips, one cheese with garlic, the other tomato and garlic, both delicious. We had the house wine and no desert and the bill came to Eu30. Well worth it.
Super restaurant in a stunning location. The staff are really proud of their food and if you ask will tell you all about each dish. We had a mixed salad , canarian grilled cheese with dips, fried cheese with cranberry sauce, pork fillet and a superb goat stew, absolutely no room for pudding. really would recommend visiting if you're in the north of Tenerife.
Awesome pork chop! Needed one on the way up the hill! Beer was cold, the way I like it and food was simple and tasty! Keep it up and I will definitely stop again! I am from Canada and cycling is just awesome on your island!
