This is the best Mcdonalds around the waterfront.
Two stories, lots of space, and most folks order on a screen then pick up when they're called.
I like checking out McDonald's around the world. This one has a Fish sandwich with ketchup (what I always wanted as a kid), an odd tomato-egg-potato breakfast sandwich, and the standard sausage egg mcmuffin.
After a couple of hours at the beach, we were craving milkshakes and came here for lunch. It was a pretty large McDonald's location and in close proximity to the waterfront. There were 2 spacious floors for seating. Then even had tables outside.
I'm a big fan of those self-ordering kiosks. It makes it so much easier to see the food options, which were slightly different from those available in the US. It also takes the hassle out of waiting in line to put in an order, especially when you don't speak the native language.
This has to be one of the coolest McDonald's I've ever been to. It's two stories and located right on the beach. The second story is filled with tables overlooking the beach. When you walk in, take the stairs to the left down to order your food. There are a row of "easy order" machines lined up on one wall that you can use to place your order if you don't want to stand in line. Service was quick and efficient and this McDonald's offered a variety of sandwiches and desserts that are not available in the states. They even served beer here!
My husband and I tried the McIbérica and the NY Crispy sandwiches. The McIbérica sandwich was made out of pork and had a slice of Spanish ham in it. The NY Crispy was a hamburger in an onion bun with bacon and other deliciousness in it. Hopefully these sandwiches will make it to the states one day! They also had different versions of fries. We had the standard version of American fries, but should've tried the other version which looked like potato wedges!
