Extremely good sushi. We have taken the mosquito- which I believe is one of their signature dishes and it was very tasty. That is if you like sushis which are not jus simple maki, but more fancied up rolls:)) Next to it we have taken green curry which was extremely good. I am not always a green curry fan because i find the taste too overwhelming but their green curry was very balanced and creamy, with a mix of chicken and shrimp. You must definitely take the green tea tiramisu. Its addictive. It can definitely he shared by two, that is if you ate as much as we did right before. Would definitely go again.

Everything about this place is incredible (food, vibe, atmosphere, service). I just had the friendliest server who, in addition to Catalan and/or Spanish, spoke both English and French. Everything that was brought out was delicious and served with care. It doesn't get much better than this.

One of my favorite restaurants in the city! The menu has something for everyone with interesting fusion dishes. I've always received great service and the atmosphere is cool!

For all the times i have been in Doble 00 i have to say it has impressed me with its fusion dishes most of my visits, the Mosquito roll is the star and the tapas are always varying , lately the quality has gone a bit down, but i will give them a visit to check if they just had a bad day in my last visit.

Kind of funny to give this place 4 stars. I tried 3 different things and didn't really like any of them. BUT, I loved the menu. I love restaurants that shy away from the traditional and they had a lot of interesting stuff on the menu. I'm hoping some of them I would have liked (not sure if I'll give them another try). I had a scallop/tuna roll (not sure of the names of any of this stuff) that was pretty light on the scallop. A beef/eel dish that turned out to be basically meatballs with a teriyaki sauce and an ebi/shrimp fried in noodles. The ebi was cold and raw in the middle, I told the waiter (not sure if he understood me) and he eventually said that was normal. Not sure if it was but it took me by surprise.
